Town Brewing Co.

April 19, 2023- 7:00 PM- 85 Degrees

Beer (most importantly)- All we enjoyed was the RP-1, a citrus hazy IPA, and it was exactly what you would expect from a citrus hazy. There were several other beers coming off the taps and down the bar though so they must have at least a few other good ones.

Food- We didn't order food here, but from what I saw, or didn't see (empty plates on tables) the food looked to be good. They have traditional brewery food. Chips and dip, flatbreads and a few other handhelds. There are also a handful of Charlotte favorites (Rhino Market & Deli, Jack Beagles, Pinky's Westside Grill, Fremont Tavern) within walking distance if you want to use this as spot for pre or post dinner beers.

Vibe- Town brewing offered a chill vibe. The indoor and outdoor space was lively with people, but not to a capacity where you couldn't grab a spot with friends. We found a table easy and did not have to worry about it being gone when we came back from getting the next round. There was live music at the venue next door. This was nice as it was loud enough to hear and provide some background noise, but not so loud you needed to scream to have a conversation with the people you came to enjoy.

Parking- Parking was easy, they have plenty of free lot space as well as some very close street parking.

Recommendation- This is a fun place to spend a summer afternoon or evening with a partner, a group of close friends, an after work gathering, or a casual business meeting.
